Introductory Session ( experience the benefits of personal training )

Singles, or packages of 4 and up to12 sessions

Buddy sessions ( you and a friend train together and can split the fee )

In-home personal training

Designing an individual (personalized) workout program

 

Private Kettlebell Coaching is available with Roz
Special Introductory Package
